Christian went on to lead and scale privately held businesses using a blend of frameworks such as EOS, Scaling Up, and Pinnacle before being asked to coach other driven entrepreneurs and teams.

Brian spent 16 years as a Navy SEAL officer, having planned and led over 200 combat operations as the Ground Force Commander, in some of the most unforgiving and austere regions in the world.
Brian went on to lead operations in the Private Equity space, helping executive teams rapidly turn around distressed businesses. He holds a Master’s Degree in Astronautical Engineering and believes the key to unlimited potential is mental discipline.
